 1           个人简介

本科,西北工业大学教改班

硕士,西北工业大学计算机学院

博士,意大利帕维亚大学 (University of Pavia, Italy),导师:Francesco Svelto (IEEE Fellow)

 

李丹,本科毕业于西北工业大学教改班并获优秀毕业论文;研究生期间从事TFT-LCD驱动模拟集成电路的相关研究并获得优秀毕业生称号。2009年进入意大利帕维亚大学攻读微电子方向博士,并于2013年获得博士学位。20072009年曾在英伟达(NVIDIA)上海研发中心工作,研究用于GPURAM功耗建模分析。20112014年在意大利帕维亚大学和意法半导体(STMicroelectronics)联合实验室Studio di Microelettronica从事超高速光通信、硅光子及射频集成电路的研发设计工作。2015年加入西安交通大学微电子学院,从事光通信、射频、模拟混合信号芯片的研发工作。
