樊超,博士,分别于2011年、2014年在西安电子科技大学微电子学院获得学士、硕士学位, 2020年在澳门大学微电子研究院(模拟与混合信号超大规模集成电路国家重点实验室,SKL-AMSV)获得博士学位。20142015年在中国HTKJ集团公司第七七一研究所担任模拟芯片设计工程师,从事抗辐照高性能电源管理芯片开发工作。20204月至9月在澳门大学微电子研究院担任博士后研究员,20209月加入西安交通大学微电子学院,研究方向为低抖动时钟芯片设计、高速有线通信芯片的设计研究。目前主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、重大研究计划培育项目、国家重点研发计划子课题、预研项目和企业横向课题多项,以第一作者/通信作者发表多篇芯片设计顶级会议期刊论文,包括ISSCC, CICC, ESSERC, TCAS-I, TCAS-II, MWTL等。樊超博士是IEEE Solid-State Circuits Letters (SSC-L) (IF=2.2)期刊副主编,IEEE固态电路协会 (Solid-State Circuits Society, SSCS)青年技术委员 (YP Committee),《微电子学》青年编委,曾获得IEEE固态电路协会学生奖(ISSCC 2020-Student Travel Grant Award, STGA),是IEEE旗下多个期刊 (IEEE JSSC, TCAS-I, TCAS-II, TMTT, TVLSI, JETCAS, TNC)、会议(ISCAS)的审稿人
