1.教师简介  

张冰,博士,博士生导师。于2011年在西安电子科技大学获得微电子学与固体电子学专业博士学位。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重大专项及多项横向课题;是我国国家标准《半导体集成电路-模拟开关测试方法》与《图像传感器测试方法》起草人。主要从事可见光图像传感器芯片、3D激光雷达接收阵列芯片、硅基器件可靠性等方面探究,开发多款系列化量产芯片。在国际知名期刊发表学术论文20余篇,授权专利20余项

1图像传感器像素结构设计与工艺制备、模拟前级处理电路设计与片上系统架构开发、测试与应用平台构建  

2新型激光雷达探测技术、焦平面阵列3D距离探测与成像芯片、III-VI高性能激光器制备及高效大功率激光驱动器芯片开发  

3光机电一体化集成开发与应用实现技术
