唐炳俊,西安交通大学助理教授, 2020年获得西安交通大学电子科学与技术博士学位,2018年至2019年作为联合培养博士在普林斯顿大学学习,2020年12月加入西安交通大学微电子学院耿莉教授团队。

1)射频 (RF) / 毫米波 (mmW) 集成电路设计
2)CMOS混合信号集成电路设计
3、正在或曾经承担的科研项目:
作为主持人和参与人承担了企业横向科研、陕西省重点研发计划和国家自然科学基金项目。
4、获奖情况及科研成果:
在Nature Electronics,IEEE ISSCC, TVLSI,MWCL等国际期刊和学术会议发表论文14余篇,已授权发明专利4项。
