1、 个人简介：

胡光亮，助理教授。2019年在西安交通大学获得工学博士学位，期间赴美国堪萨斯大学做访问学者。2020年进入电信学部微电子学院工作，主要从事铁电薄膜器件与磁性器件的研究。主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项，横向项目2项。在Materials Horizons，ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Applied Physics Letter,等国内外高水平刊物发表学术论文10余篇。

（1） (PbLa)(ZrTi)O3外延铁电薄膜对其石墨烯场效应管弯曲形变下狄拉克点的调控与机理研究，国家自然科学基金青年基金（2021.1-2023.12）

（2） 铁电负电容晶体管材料的失效行为研究，横向项目（2021.9-2023.9）

（3） 铁电晶体管电介质与沟道材料的结晶和失效行为研究，横向项目（2021.8-2022.7）
