1、个人简介:
胡从振,西安电子科技大学微电子学与固体力学专业硕士,西安交通大学电子科学与技术专业工学博士,于2024年加入西安交通大学微电子学院工作,入选西安交通大学“医工交叉人才支持计划”A类,目前担任助理教授。
长期从事各种类型CMOS图像传感器光电器件、TOF飞行时间激光雷达接收阵列芯片等方向的研究工作。
2、研究领域或方向:
1)CMOS图像传感器(CIS)像素器件设计和开发;
2)单光子雪崩二极管(SPAD)图像传感器像素结构设计与工艺制备;
3)硅光电倍增器件(SiPM)设计和研究;
4)硅基光电器件理论模型研究;
5)ToF飞行时间激光雷达接收阵列芯片设计。

主持和参与国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目及青年基金项目、博士后特别资助项目、博士后面上项目、企业项目等科研项目10余项。
