1、个人简介:
2015-2019年就读于西安交通大学微电子学院并获工学学士学位,2019-2025年就读于西安交通大学微电子学院并获工学博士学位(硕博贯通)。主要研究方向为纳电子器件,微纳传感器与智能化检测系统,神经形态器件与感知等。在ACS Sensors、Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical、Carbon等国际权威期刊发表多篇学术论文,2025年7月进入西安交通大学微电子学院工作,入选西安交通大学“青年优秀人才支持计划”A类,目前担任助理教授。
2、研究领域或方向:
1)先进微纳传感器的设计与制造;
2)传感阵列的信息采集电路及信息辨识算法设计
3)智能化融合传感系统设计;
4)碳基低维纳电子器件,薄膜晶体管研究;
5)人工神经元器件,神经形态感知与计算。

以骨干成员身份参与以下项目研究:
1)基于离子凝胶***技术研究,GF技术领域基金,在研;
2)声表面波氢气传感器及检测系统,横向课题,在研;
3)碳基***检测技术,GF项目,结题。

5、指导研究生和本科生情况:
2021年至今,先后承担《数字逻辑电路》和《量子力学与统计物理》助教工作,联合指导研究生3名,本科生4名。热烈欢迎对微纳传感器、智能传感电路与系统、薄膜晶体管等方向的同学加入课题组,共同探讨,一起进步。
